How is a railing created? To form a proper structure from steel pipes, it is necessary to adjust them in terms of length and shape to a specific project.
This requires cutting them, but also bending and joining individual elements. Bending a steel pipe is a much more time and cost-effective alternative to welding two elements at a precisely measured angle.
We offer pipe, sheet, and square profile bending services. We carefully select the technique and tools to permanently deform the processed object without compromising the structure of the material it is made of. Our bending machine is equipped with an automatic bending cycle, ensuring precision and repeatability – we can produce any number of copies while maintaining 100% shape repeatability.
Pipe bending from 20 to 50mm (additional jaws can be made at the Customer's request)
Sheet bending up to 8mm thickness and a working width of up to 3100mm
